How to delete your account and data

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Sign in to Kur-alApp.
- Open Profile from the menu (top-left).
- Tap Hesabımı Sil (Delete my account) at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Your account is deactivated immediately, your personal details are irreversibly deleted or masked, and you are signed out.
Option 2 — By email
If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may contact you to verify your identity. Requests are completed within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
Full name, phone number, national ID number, tax details, bank account details (bank, IBAN, account holder name), business/branch records, push notification device token and password hash. Your email address is invalidated and dissociated from the account. The session token is removed from your device; session tokens are never stored on our servers.
Data that is retained, and why

Once the retention period expires these records are deleted or anonymised.
Before you delete
Complete any accepted but unfinished transaction first. Deletion is irreversible: you may sign up again with the same email, but past transactions and settings will not be restored.
